Use scope
Q-Surface tools help inspect CSV files and produce issue reports or safe-fixed outputs when verified deterministic fixes are available. The tool does not connect to Shopify, modify stores, or guarantee import success.
Pro Local purchase and delivery
Shopify CSV Preflight Pro Local is sold as a one-time digital-product purchase through Dodo Payments. After successful checkout, Dodo provides access to the downloadable ZIP. The purchase is not a subscription.
License
A purchaser may use the downloaded Pro Local tool for their own work and internal business operations. Redistribution, resale, public mirroring, sublicensing, or presenting the tool itself as the purchaser’s own product is not permitted without written permission.
Buyer responsibility
Review all reports and safe-fixed CSV files before use. Keep backups of original files. You remain responsible for imports, store changes, platform compliance, and business decisions based on the output.
Prohibited support submissions
Do not send customer data, order data, private credentials, API keys, or full CSV contents through feedback or support channels.
Support limits
Support is limited to tool usage, issue-code explanation, and billing or download access. Custom migration, store repair, data-cleaning projects, and legal, tax, advertising, or policy advice are outside scope.
Refund and access problems
Because Pro Local is a downloadable digital product, purchases are generally final after delivery. Contact [email protected] for duplicate charges, inability to access the purchased file, a corrupted delivery, or a material mismatch between the delivered product and its description. Any refund remains subject to the payment platform’s processing rules and the circumstances of the request.
Third-party services
Payment, localized price presentation, receipts, and file-delivery access are provided through Dodo Payments and may also be governed by Dodo’s terms and privacy practices.
Liability boundary
The tools are provided as preflight assistance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Q-Surface is not responsible for store changes, failed imports, lost sales, lost data, or indirect losses resulting from use of the tools. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
