Use scope
The tool helps inspect CSV files and produce issue reports or safe-fixed outputs when verified fixes are available. It does not connect to Shopify, modify stores, or guarantee import success.
Prohibited use
Do not use feedback or support channels to send customer data, order data, private credentials, or full CSV contents.
Support limits
Support is limited to tool usage, issue-code explanation, and billing/download access. Custom migration, store repair, and legal or policy advice are outside scope.
Liability boundary
Review all reports and safe-fixed CSV files before use. You remain responsible for imports, store changes, and backups.
