Commerce file processing
Shopify CSV and Google Merchant Center TSV files are processed in your browser. The checkers and Pro Local apps do not require platform login, connect to a store or Merchant Center, upload product rows, or store the file. The Shopify checker does not upload or store your product CSV, and the GMC checker does not upload or store your product TSV.
First-party product event counts
Q-Surface records a narrow set of first-party request counts to learn whether a public product surface was viewed, a checker or Atlas component was used, a receipt or recheck passage was used, or a checkout passage was clicked. These are event counts, not unique-person counts, and a checkout click is not treated as a purchase.
Each accepted request path contains only a Q-Surface product key and bounded categories such as surface type, broad referral class, use type, validation mode, row-count bucket, issue-count bucket, verdict category, and CTA position. Full referrer URLs and query strings are reduced in the browser to broad classes before transmission.
The event collector does not set analytics cookies, create a stable visitor ID, fingerprint a browser, or include customer identity, filenames, CSV or TSV contents, product titles, SKUs, handles, descriptions, store URLs, customer or order data, full referrer URLs, IP addresses, user-agent strings, or free text in the event path. Q-Surface creates no separate raw-event database or visitor profile. Accepted paths are counted through Cloudflare’s existing zone HTTP analytics over a bounded seven-day history, queried in daily windows. Controlled production-test paths are marked separately and excluded from decision counts.
Cloudflare performs ordinary network, security, and service analytics for requests passing through its network under Cloudflare’s own service terms and privacy practices. The Q-Surface event path is deliberately limited to the bounded non-identifying categories described above.
Purchases through Dodo Payments
When you open a Pro Local checkout, payment, billing, receipt, customer, and file-delivery information is handled by Dodo Payments. Q-Surface does not receive or store your full card number. Dodo’s own privacy terms apply to information submitted on its checkout and customer-portal pages.
Support and feedback
Support emails and feedback submissions may contain the contact information and message you choose to send. Do not send full CSV or TSV files, feed rows, customer or order data, credentials, API keys, or confidential product data.
