Shopify CSV Pre-upload Checklist

1. Confirm the file opens as CSV and not a spreadsheet-only format.
2. Check required headers and current or legacy Shopify header names.
3. Check duplicate handles, duplicate SKUs, and duplicate option combinations.
4. Check price and inventory quantity formats.
5. Check image URLs and image alt text length.
6. Review overwrite risks before updating existing products.
7. Keep a backup export before importing corrected files.
